New Leader Integration
EdisonHCS provides leadership integration and early on-boarding services
in the following areas:
- When in conjunction with a retained search this services includes coaching
the finalist on expectations and vision, follow-up on a regular basis,
objective assessment of candidates first 100 days, regular feedback and
dialog with the hiring executive/key stakeholders.
- When performed outside
the realm of a retained search, our leadership assimilation process will
involve culture integration coaching for the first 3-6 months of a new
leader’s tenure. This includes frequent assessment of the new executive
and regular feedback and dialog with the hiring executive.
